Inspire, educate, personalize:
I did an audit of the Zoo's website, identifying opportunities to refresh the brand, utilize video and beautiful imagery. Education is a core purpose of the Zoo, so I reimagined an animal page that was content rich, including fun trivia, videos, photos and related products.
With the Zoo's gift shop, I came up with a personalization strategy where every animal has a range of print on demand products available. T-shirts, mugs, puzzles and prints – you name it. I had illustrated 188 animals as part of another creative exercise so I had a starting point.
